How it works
- Open a ticket or call us and say you need remote help. टिकट खोल्नुहोस् वा फोन गरेर रिमोट सहयोग चाहिएको भन्नुहोस्।
- Download the file above and run it. माथिको फाइल डाउनलोड गरेर खोल्नुहोस्।
- Read us the ID shown on the screen, or type it into your ticket under Remote help. स्क्रिनमा देखिएको ID हामीलाई भन्नुहोस्, वा टिकटको Remote help मा लेख्नुहोस्।
- When our staff connects, a window asks for permission. Click Accept. हाम्रो कर्मचारी जोडिँदा अनुमति माग्ने विन्डो आउँछ, Accept थिच्नुहोस्।

Stay safe. Only accept a connection you asked for. SoftLab staff connect only for an open ticket, and every session is
recorded on that ticket. Never accept a request from someone who calls you unexpectedly.
